Methods

Tubing and lugs are shaped and brazed by hand to create a frame and fork. Brazing is a method if joining metal using an oxy-acetylene torch for heat and brass or silver for filler. Brazing is a traditional art that has proven over centuries to be low-impact, reliable, and precise. Our methods promote both precision and personalization:

• All sizing and geometries are custom as the frames are built one at a time.

• Almost any degree of artistic touches is available, depending on budget.

• Frames are aligned to within 0.5mm.

• All frames and forks are fully prepped before leaving the shop.

• Both powdercoat and wet-paint finishes are available.

• Component selection and installation are available upon request.
